APPOINTMENTS

If a cancellation or rescheduling requests is made on the same day of an appointment, a $15 USD fee will be applied. The same $15 USD applies for missing an appointment. Whether intentional or not, a missed appointment, untimely cancellation or rescheduling request prevent other patients in need of care from obtaining treatment.

We understand that unexpected events may occur which necessitate a cancellation or missing an appointment and as such we allow patients one treatment week for the appointment violations mentioned above to be rescheduled without having any fees applied to the patient’s account.

WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS

Walk-ins will be accepted upon availability, with scheduled appointments taking precedence.

FACILITIES

We are located in Wakefield center, above Farmland, on the second floor suite 207. Our office is down at the end of the hall, last door on the left. Access to the building is on West Water Street, under the awning. There is elevator access, for those that require assistance when using the stairs.

Parking is available behind Farmland, with two hour parking along both West Water Street and Richardson Avenue. We kindly request that patients do not park in Farmland’s front parking lot. Restroom facilities are located directly across from our office.
